Panelists will share honest perspectives on decision-making, fear, recovery, setbacks, school, family life, and what they wish they had known earlier. It is an open, practical conversation designed to help other caregivers feel less alone and more prepared for the road ahead.

This open Q&A session gives attendees the chance to hear directly from young adults living with epilepsy or life after epilepsy surgery. Panelists will share honest perspectives on independence, school, work, friendships, mental health, medical care, and growing up with a complex neurological history. It is a chance to ask real questions, hear lived experience, and better understand the challenges and strengths of young adults navigating this stage of life.
