Roni Jo Frazier is a dedicated leader in the field of education and disability services, driven by a personal mission to help every individual reach their full potential. Her work is centered on the belief that with the right support and innovative programming, the transition from school to a meaningful career is a goal every student can achieve.
Roni Jo’s expertise is built on a unique foundation as both a seasoned administrator and a lifelong educator. A Certified Autism Specialist with a Master’s in Education, she holds Texas teaching licenses as a Principal and in Special Education. This dual perspective allows her to navigate the complexities of service systems while remaining focused on the student at the heart of the work. From her experience as a special education leader to her time managing clinical services and substantial budgets for organizations like the LSU UCEDD and MHRA of Harris County, Roni Jo has spent years refining the programs that bridge the gap between education and independence.
